Ep 1 - Jason Gardener MBE

In the first episode of Hurdles we delve into the mindset and illustrious career of Jason Gardener. Jason has won an Olympic gold medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay at the 2004 Olympic Games, and is also the 2004 World Indoor Champion at 60 metres. However, like all athletes at any level, Jason has had to overcome many Hurdles.
